*****  IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A PASSWORD GO TO PULL DOWN MENU AND SELECT "ACCOUNT" TO LOG ON. *******

1.  Your name AND the email address you use to access the ALERRT.org training website have been used to automatically create an account for you on this gear website.

2.  To access the instructor gear page, simply click this link Reset Password and enter the email address you used on ALERRT.org.

3.  An email will be sent to that address containing a link to create a new password for this website.

4 Then, using that email and the new password, Select "ACCOUNT" from drop down menu to log into your account and order the ALERRT approved instructor gear.

If this process isn't working, please see below for the two most common reasons.

Emails must match*** The email addresses on both websites must match. If you simply create a new account on this site with a different email address than you use on ALERRT.org, this site will not recognize you and therefore will not send the reset password link to the new address. Also, please check your email spam filters if you don't get the reset email.

Takes time*** It may take up to 30 days from completion of your instructor course for your registration paperwork to be processed by ALERRT.org. Their instructor list is used to populate accounts on this website so you won't have access here until your paperwork clears there. If you need instructor shirts sooner than 30 days after completion of your course, email us.
